A JazzPac Virtual Event
Feldenkrais Workshop for Singers, 2021
As performers, our bodies are an integral part of our creative work.
The Feldenkrais® Method of Somatic Education is an effective way to become aware of how to sing with greater clarity and ease.
This workshop includes simple movement lessons designed to increase mobility, reduce tension, and improve singing.
You will have the opportunity to hear how the lessons affect the voice.
There will be time for discussion, and resources will be available to facilitate further study.
Everyone is encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement and to bring a floor mat.
