The Light Fantastic: Illuminating the Thriving Horticulture Lighting Market

The world of agriculture is undergoing a quiet, yet profound revolution, and at its heart is a simple, powerful element: light. The Horticulture Lighting Market is no longer a niche industry; it is a critical component of modern, sustainable food production, driving growth in everything from city-based vertical farms to high-tech greenhouses.

Friday Evening Jazz Cafe presents...!

I was thrilled to be in the Cafe last Friday! There were four of us, Lynne Vadala Doran, voice professor at Berklee College of Music, and a friend for over 25 years (and counting); two young wonderful singers, Sayako Abe channeling Sarah Vaughan, and Sofia Almeida doing it right with Betty Carter's 'Social Call.'

I was inspired to listen to one of my Betty Carter albums, and yes, I am learning her version of "Bemsha Swing" by Monk; and, yes, I am adding all of the songs to my repertoire that are not included already.

So looking forward to the next Friday Evening Jazz Cafe presents...!
